49, 53 and 58-year-old residents of Shokhmansur, B. Gafurov and Khujand districts applied to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs-1 in Shokhmansur district with statements of fraud, with the fact that on April 28, 2020, previously convicted under Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Republic Tajikistan, a 52-year-old resident of Dushanbe took from them $ 10,000 each and promised that in return he would help them win the Tender, but the promise was never made.
