In the course of carrying out operational-search activities, militia officers, on suspicion of hooliganism, detained a 27-year-old resident of Isfara, previously convicted under Articles 104 and 252 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The suspect, on January 14, 2021, at about 14:00, while in the central market of Isfara, out of hooligan motives, came into conflict with a 21-year-old local resident and his 44-year-old father, then stabbed a 21-year-old young man twice and wounded with his father's knife.
The injured were taken to hospital.
An investigation is underway on the fact.
